Rainbow Childcare offers full day care facilities, Monday – Friday.

8.00am – 5.30pm = standard day @ £60 or 7.30am – 6.00pm = extended day @ £63.

Additional hours are charged @ £8.50 per hour.

The voluntary food and snacks charges – for children term after their third birthday ONLY – are £7.50 per funded day attended. Should a parent/carer not want to pay this charge, then they will have to provide all food and snacks for their child – as per the food policy. A copy of this is available on request, and details what can and cannot be brought, in relation to un healthy foods and any allergies we may have in nursery.

With over 35 years experience, we believe in the Biblical principle:

“Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it” (Proverb 22.6)

The nursery team are highly qualified and our staff turnover is low. Consequently, we are able to offer mature and experienced key persons.

Our facilities are situated in two buildings and include:

• An inviting baby suite offering 24 places for children 0 to 2 years.
• A separate and exceptionally well equipped toddler room for 35 children aged 2 to 3 years.
• A Pre School annex offering excellent classroom and play facilities for 30 children aged 3 to 5 years.
• A safe and secure location with extensive outdoor play provision.

Food

Food is freshly prepared and cooked each day. Our menu is varied, and special needs are catered for as required. Please note that parents/carers of young babies are asked to provide formula feeds and first foods until the nursery menu becomes more appropriate.

Famly App

The Famly App is used to interact and communicate with parents/carers, giving daily updates on all aspects of a child’s care needs as well as their continued development and learning journey. We can also message and give information on all planned events and activities throughout the year.
